What Shine is

Private, one-to-one recovery mentorship, informed by the 12 step methodology, delivered under strict NDA, tailored at a pace that fits around a client's actual working life. Every engagement is bespoke — built around one client at a time, never a fixed programme.

Who we are

Shine is led by someone who has built and run multi-million turnover businesses at a senior level and achieved sustained recovery, improving their own life, business and relationships — including years of active service work supporting others through their own journey into full recovery.

Why Shine exists

Our clients can't access recovery through the usual routes: they can't risk the visibility of a local meeting, or step away from work for a conventional programme. Shine gives them that access on their own terms — bespoke, private, one-to-one, built around whatever level of confidentiality and flexibility their situation actually requires.

What Shine is not

Shine is not a therapist, counsellor, or addiction treatment provider. Clients who need clinical assessment, detox, or dual-diagnosis treatment are referred into Shine's clinical network.

Confidentiality

Every engagement runs under a strict NDA from the outset. Encrypted communications, no notes on shared systems, sessions and stays held at discreet locations by arrangement.
